Manga Productions partners with CJ ENM for the Worldwide Entertainment Alliance

Manga Productions, a renowned Saudi content creator, and CJ ENM, a South Korean entertainment giant, have announced a dynamic new partnership.

The alliance seeks to boost cooperation in distribution, licensing, content creation, and knowledge-sharing through training programs.

This joint effort will also mark a debut for Manga Productions, enabling them to introduce Saudi content on Korean channels via collaborative production and distribution efforts.

Dr. Essam Bukhary, Manga Productions' CEO, expressed his excitement, stating: "This collaboration allows both creative entities to join forces and present extraordinary entertainment to global audiences. It's a pivotal step in introducing Saudi content to Korean viewers through CJ ENM and familiarizing the Arab world with Korean creative endeavors."

Koo Chang-gun, CEO of CJ ENM, resonated with Dr. Bukhary's sentiments, highlighting the partnership's alignment with its strategic objectives. He remarked: "Uniting our expertise, we aim to craft content that resonates with global viewers while strengthening our cultural ties with Saudi Arabia." Chang-gun also shared his ambitions to make a significant impact in the Middle East while promoting Korean culture.

CJ ENM's reputation, bolstered by successful projects like the Oscar-winning movie "Parasite" and numerous hit TV series, solidifies their industry prominence. Boasting three significant production houses, they are known for delivering original content to global media channels.

With their combined strengths, Manga Productions and CJ ENM intend to redefine global entertainment by offering content with cultural depth and engagement.

Manga Productions, part of the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk), has amplified its endeavors to champion creative arts in Saudi Arabia and internationally. The previous year, they unveiled "AlUla Adventures," a unique venture allowing users to experience the Kingdom's AlUla region virtually.
