IHC paves the way for Sirius International Holding to become a global leader in sustainable technology

Abu Dhabi-based International Holding Company (ADX: IHC), a renowned global conglomerate, today revealed the transition of four pivotal 'green businesses' to its subsidiary, Sirius International Holding. This move aims to amplify sustainable solutions using innovative technologies to battle climate change and champion digital transformation through investment strategies.

Sirius is set to champion industrial and tech solutions, targeting areas such as de-carbonization, methane reduction, clean energy optimization, and water conservation. This approach serves as a beacon for fostering positive environmental change.

The entities transitioning ownership include Green Energy Investment Holding RSC LTD, Green Enterprise Investment Holding RSC LTD, Green Vitality LTD, and 80% of Rebound Limited owned by IHC. This shift aligns with IHC's strategic vision, strengthening Sirius International Holding's position as a primary subsidiary among the other eight entities listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Stock Exchange.
